Next Day Shipping

Please allow one business day for order processing. Most orders will ship the next business day after the day the order is received.

How We Ship

Our products are carefully packaged to prevent damage. All items are shipped from our office in Illinois by the US Postal Service, UPS, or FedEx or from the inventory warehoused by Amazon.com for our parent company, Online Emporium, Inc.

How We Calculate It

We do not structure our shipping charges to make a profit. We charge actual shipping rates plus costs for processing your order.

Insurance

All domestic orders are shipped insured. International orders are insured and traceable only if shipped by Express Mail International or UPS Standard Canada.

Fee Shipping Offer

Offer applies to orders shipped by Standard shipping only. It does not apply to wholesale pricing or international orders.

Domestic Shipments

• Domestic shipments will be by the US Postal Service, UPS or FedEx.
• Be aware of our next day shipping policy and weekends when choosing your shipping option. For example, selecting Expedited or Overnight shipping on Friday will result in delivery on Wednesday or Tuesday respectively.
• Puerto Rico residents, please be sure to include your Urbanization Code in your address to prevent delays or deliveries to the wrong address.

International Shipments

• Canada
  • Postal delivery
    • Tariffs and taxes will be collected on delivery.
    • Taxes are 6.5 percent of the order.
    • Tariffs are 0% for calculators and 2.5 % for measuring devices.
    • Deliveries may take as long as 15 business days because of delays in customs.
    • Only Global Express Mail orders are traceable and insured.
    • We do not recommend 1st Class International mail. Delivery time can vary widely, your shipment cannot be traced and it is not insured. If you choose to use 1st Class International Mail do so at your own risk. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged 1st Class International Mail.
  • UPS standard delivery
    • Tariffs and fees are included in the shipping charge to show the total estimated cost of shipping. They are to be paid by the receiver upon delivery. They will not be included in the amount charged to your credit card.
    • Orders will be delivered within 5 business days to most locations
      
      
• International shipments other than Canada .
  • Postal delivery is the only shipping option available without special arrangements.
  • Tariffs, taxes and fees will be collected upon delivery.
  • Orders are usually delivered within 10 to 20 business days because of delays in customs.
  • Only Global Express Mail orders are traceable and insured depending on the country of delivery.
